The Ford motor company has let go 7000 factory workers. What will these people do now? My good guess is that, out of the the lucky ones who do get employed, a good portion will continue working in the automobile industry. A small portion will diverge, will venture out in search of other opportunities. Out of those, some will be unsuccessful. They will return to the job they are familiar with. The rest will push on, with hope in their heart. A handful of these will find their dream job. Factory workers are the core of any manufacturing company. They should be treated with respect. They are the furnace that keeps the ship warm. If I come across a factory worker on the street, I will hug them, and give them a kiss on the lips. I mean cheek.
